Pre-orders
For pre-order items, please note that shipping may take longer than usual, typically 5–7 weeks. We rarely offer this option, but when we do, it’s to give more of you the opportunity to secure your favourite items, which are often out of stock due to high demand. For those unfamiliar with pre-orders, this means the item is not currently in stock. Once you place your order, production will begin, and we will ship it to you as soon as we receive it. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
